 wicker park ,west town, west loop, river north we also service others areas of the city for overnight sittings. 

We believe your dog deserves one on one time, so yes your dog is walked alone. however, if you have a neighbor that you would like to share a walk with we will accommodate that. 

we are a very small company of one so your dog will be walked with Amanda. However, If a emergency comes up  we try our best to have a list of reliable walkers  and let you know before hand.

We ask all clients to provide the following safety equipment for walks : Standard leash (please no retractable leashes), Harness ( highly suggested), and collar. Your walker will have have their own bags

We require Two sets of keys the second set which is kept in office incase of emergencies . If the client needs the second set at anytime we will happy deliver for a small fee. If you live in a door person building or lockbox, we will work with whatever you are most comfortable with.

Our daily clients are highly prioritized (No less then three walks weekly) however at this moment we are only accepting clients seeking periodic or last-minute scheduling durning the Weekend ,Early Mornings and Evenings .we highly recommend requesting services with as much notice as possible since request are approved only when we have available.   all our scheduling is to be scheduled in the Time to Pet app. 

We try to keep scheduling open so we can fill everyones walk request ,so  unfortunately  we have set up different  time blocks. they are as followed: early mornings 8am-9am mornings 9am-12pm afternoons 12pm-2pm Evenings 2pm-5pm . However if you would like to schedule a exact time we will do our best to accommodate. 

Dog walking services must be canceled by 12pm  the day before, otherwise they will be charged in full.

Cat/Small animal visits must be canceled by 12pm  the day before, otherwise they will be charged in full. 

Pet sitting service (excluding:Cat/small animal visits) must be cancel with 7 days notice otherwise they will be charged a 40% of original fees .
